NEWS Japanese language course for foreigners - Volunteer recruitment
With the recent increase in foreign residents, the number of participants is increasing, from children to adults. We are looking for volunteers to teach Japanese and babysitters to look after foreign children while taking the course.

The Sakura International Speech Contest is held every autumn with the cooperation of Sakura City and the support of the Sakura City Board of Education, with the aim of improving English communication skills, providing a training ground for participants to "express their thoughts in English in an easy-to-understand way," and raising awareness of multicultural coexistence and interest in international exchange.
